Selection of Candidate Officers of PBDT 2015 in Asahan District

Integrated Database Update 2015 (PBDT 2015) is a national activity to make improvements to data on the characteristics of BDT households whose condition is considered to have changed as it was collected in 2011.

Similar activities with PBDT have been implemented previously by BPS 3 times under different names, ie 2005 Socioeconomic Data Collection (PSE 2005), and Social Protection Program Data Collection 2008 and 2011 (PPLS 2008 and PPLS 2011). The database is used to set the target of BLT (Direct Cash Transfer), Direct Community Subsidy (BLSM), Family Hope Program (PKH), Rice Distribution Program for the Poor (Raskin), Family Safe Prosperous Program 2015, Smart Indonesia Program, Healthy Indonesia, Beneficiaries of Contribution Fund (PBI) BPJS 2014-2015, and so on.

Preparation is not only about technical activities, but non-technical activities are also an important part in supporting the success of PBDT 2015. Mature preparation will facilitate the implementation of 2015's Penetataan PBDT and the results are expected to be more qualified. The success or failure of the implementation of PBDT 2015 certainly not be separated from the initial preparation, one of which is the recruitment of officers. The recruitment process is conducted in all sub-districts led by the Kecamatan Statistics Coordinator (KSK) and for sub-districts where there is no CWC, the person responsible for the kecamatan is the Facilitator's Asisiten from the sub-district.

For Asahan Regency BPS, there are 461 officers consisting of 403 field enumerators (PCL) and 58 field supervisors (PML).

The recruitment of data collection officer of PBDT 2015 in Asahan regency starts from 11 to 20 May 2015. The recruitment is done in each sub-district and selected directly by the CWC with the following recruitment qualification:

Field Supervisor Requirements (PML):

A. Education at least senior high school or equivalent

B. Able to communicate and coordinate enumerators

C. Get to know the surveillance area well

Field Enrollment Officer Requirements (PCL):

A. Education at least senior high school or equivalent

B. Preferably ever involved in PPLS 2011 data collection and achievement in both training and census / survey conducted by BPS

C. Honest and obedient to all provisions of data collection that has been established

D. Get familiar with the data collection area quite well

In addition to selection, candidates are also required to fill out questionnaires / questionnaires on the readiness of the candidate officer as an enumerator later.
