Sumatera Utara's Exports in November 2016 amounted to US $ 723.68 Million

Abstract

Export value through loading port in Sumatera Utara in November 2016 decreased compared to October 2016, from US $ 754.90 million to US $ 723.68 million or decreased 4.14 percent. When compared with November 2015, exports of Sumatra Utara increased 19.10 percent.

The largest decline in export value in November 2016 occurred in the chemical product category (HS 38) of US $ 10.50 million (-13.88%), while the greatest increase in export value occurred in animal / vegetable fats and oils (HS 15) Amounting to US $ 30.49 million (10.03%).

Exports to China in November 2016 were the largest at US $ 78.94 million followed by Indias with US $ 77.61 million and US $ 76.88 million with contribution of 32.26 percent.

According to the group of export destination countries in November 2016, the ASEAN region experienced the greatest decline with a value of US $ 39.74 million (-30.00 percent).
