Enumeration of the 2024 UPB and UTL Agricultural Economic Survey

Tuesday, June 4 2024, Head of BPS Asahan Regency, Rika Ventina together with a team of field supervisors for the 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) UPB and UTL enumeration activities visited the PT office. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) IV Pulo Raja. This visit started a series of UPB and UTL SEP field enumeration activities which took place from 1-30 June 2024. PTPN IV Pulo Raja is one of the 2024 UPB SEP samples in Asahan Regency. There are 45 UPB samples and 23 UTL samples in Asahan Regency which will be visited by SEP UPB and UTL field enumeration officers. BPS carried out follow-up activities from the previous 2023 Agricultural Census, namely SEP in 2024. SEP was carried out on a sample basis in all sub-districts in Asahan Regency. There are 3 types of SEP samples, namely Individual Agricultural Enterprises (UTP), Legal Entity Agricultural Enterprises (UPB), and Other Agricultural Enterprises (UTL). Field enumerators are statistical partners recruited from the community, and there are also field supervisors who come from Asahan Regency BPS employees.
