Hearing on the Results of the 2023 Agricultural Census Phase 1 with Wakil Bupati Asahan

Tuesday, January 16 2024, the Asahan Regency BPS group led by the Head of Asahan Regency BPS, Rika Ventina, SE, M.Si held an audience with the Deputy Regent of Asahan Taufik Zainal Abidin Siregar, S.Sos, M.Si to submit and discuss the Agricultural Census Results 2023 Phase 1 in Asahan Regency. The activity which took place at the Asahan Regent's Office was also attended by the Regional Secretary of Asahan Regency Drs. John Hardi Nasution, M.Si, Assistant for Economy and Development of Asahan Regency Ir. Oktoni Eriyanto, M.M, and Secretary of the Asahan Regency Bappeda H. Muhammad Syafiq, STP, MMP. At the hearing on the results of the 2023 Agricultural Census phase 1, data was presented regarding the number and characteristics of agricultural households, agricultural land and use of fertilizer, agricultural commodities, and the number and characteristics of smallholder farmers and millennial farmers. BPS will release data from the next stage of the Agricultural Census to display more detailed data regarding agricultural commodities and their characteristics in May-June 2024.
