Integrated Database Update 2015 (PBDT 2015) is a national activity to make improvements to data on the characteristics of BDT households whose condition is considered to have changed as it was collected in 2011.
Similar activities with PBDT have been implemented previously by BPS 3 times under different names, ie 2005 Socioeconomic Data Collection (PSE 2005), and Social Protection Program Data Collection 2008 and 2011 (PPLS 2008 and PPLS 2011). The database is used to set the target of BLT (Direct Cash Transfer), Direct Community Subsidy (BLSM), Family Hope Program (PKH), Rice Distribution Program for the Poor (Raskin), Family Safe Prosperous Program 2015, Smart Indonesia Program, Healthy Indonesia, Beneficiaries of Contribution Fund (PBI) BPJS 2014-2015, and so on.
In order to prepare the implementation of PBDT Data Collection 2015, then in June 2015 conducted Training Officers. This is a very strategic preparation step in the survey. In this stage, the process of knowledge transformation and skill formation from prospective officers takes place. From this training the expected results of the officers will be able to carry out data collection properly and in accordance with the concept of the definition, must be in accordance with the SOP and the schedule that has been determined.
Training of data collection officer of PBDT 2015 of Asahan Regency was carried out in 2 (two) locations, namely in Hotel Sabty Garden and Hotel Bumi Asahan. The training of officers was conducted in 3 (three) waves with the total number of classes of 18 classes with a total of 461 participants. Training conducted in 3 waves runs from 6 to 14 June 2015.
Officer training is conducted for 2 (two) days effective or 2 (two) days fullboard for each wave. In this training is trained by National Instructor (Innas) as many as 5 people from BPS District Asahan namely Sri Rejeki, SST, MM; Enda, SE; Ahmad Jailani, SST; Laila Syafrita Siregar, SST and Irfan Bani, S.Si and 1 (one) person from BPS of Tanjung Balai City namely Azhari, SE. The opening of training of data collection officer of PBDT 2015 was opened by Head of BPS of Asahan Regency, Ir. Tuti Hidayati, M.Si for TC. Hotel Sabty Garden and Kasubbag Administration, Amrin Y, BA opened training at TC. Hotel Bumi Asahan. In his speech, Head of BPS of Asahan Regency gave the spirit and support to the training participants so that they could work optimally and responsibly. Head of BPS Asahan hopes that the participants will be able to understand the concept / definition, methodology and Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) that have been given by the instructor and in the field implementation of the officer can solve the problems in the field and the quality of the data remains a concern for the field officer.
