Abstract

Construction Cost Index of Asahan Regency 2021 is a price index that describe the level of construction cost in Asahan Regency compared to city of reference, Makassar. This index is conducted from the quarterly measure of Construction Cost Survey, specifically for building materials/construction, rent of heavy equipments, and wage of construction services in Asahan Regency, based on quarterly price data collected in July 2020, October 2020, Januari 2021, and April 2021, using Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and Realization of Regional Government Budget data as the weighting diagram. As the main component to calculate fiscal needs, used to calculate General Allocation Fund, this index become data that required by many parties.
