Construction Price Index of Asahan Regency 2017

Construction Overhead Index (IKK) Asahan District 2017 is a price index that describes the level of overpriced construction of Asahan Regency compared to the reference city of Surabaya. The IKK data of Asahan Regency in 2017 is obtained from the Survey of Price of Cost of Construction of special construction materials / construction, heavy equipment rental, wages of construction services conducted by Asahan Regency. Data is calculated based on quarterly pricing data of July 2016, October 2016, January 2017 and April 2017. The calculation chart of IKK uses Bill of Quantity (BoQ) data and realization data of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD).
