Sakernas Enumeration Officer Training August 2024

For 2 days from 22 to 23 July 2024, BPS Asahan Regency carried out the August 2024 Sakernas Enumeration Officer Training activities at the Kisaran Space Hotel. The training was attended by 30 officers consisting of 8 Asahan Regency BPS employees who will serve as supervisors (PML) and 22 statistical partners who will serve as enumerators (PCL). This series of training sessions were led by 4 instructors who were allocated to 2 classes which took place simultaneously. Two instructors teach each class, consisting of a technical instructor for Sakernas enumeration and a technical instructor for using the Fasih application. Since 2024, the Sakernas enumeration will be carried out using the CAPI (Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing) method throughout Indonesia, using the Sakernas enumeration application installed on the smartphones of Sakernas enumeration officers. It is hoped that this training can equip officers to be able to carry out the August 2024 Sakernas census according to standard operational procedures so that they can produce quality employment data.
